Before I was interviewed in person, I was interviewed on the phone. It was your average phone interview questions, basically to see if they like you or not. Afterwards, I was interviewed in person by 4 managers at once... It was nerve-wrecking having them all ask questions while judging! A district manager even showed up in the middle of the interview and observed while the other 4 managers proceeded with questions! After the 2nd interview was passed, they hired and went over scheduling with me.

I received two calls before being extended an offer. The first call was preliminary questions and the second was more specific. The hiring manager was open about the type of work and happy to answer my questions.

The interview process is somewhat long. You have to take a computerized exam which presents the store with a score and that is how they determine whether or not to bring you in. Seems to be the new standard in interviewing these days.

It was very easy to get hired. I applied then called the next day and got an interview that same week. The manager asked me simple questions. It was mainly can I work well with others and follow rules.
