Spoke on the phone and agreed on a time and place to have a face to face interview. Arrived at the interview location and did a very easy interview. Then got a call back the next time offering me the job. Went to the orientation and did the proper tests and procedures and soon started working after a week.

random email for open interviews only to get the same random open interview email a week later. Turns out that was for the second round? I felt like the second email should have explained something along those lines not just an offer to come in for an open interview. What kind of hiring process involves an open 2nd round interview.

They ask questions that most jobs ask. You want to look presentable as they look at that. The questions aren’t difficult. They are basic job questions. The interview is also pretty fast so make sure you application looks good.
