The HR director greeted me at the door. I met with multiple employees that I would be working closely with if hire. Each described what their role is at the company and what their day to day tasks were. The whole interview was very relaxed. Unlike other typical interviews that usually entail questions like "Can you please tell me about a time that you faced a challenge at a previous job, and how you overcame/ solved the problem?" It was all very comfortable conversations and questions between myself and the employees which gave the interview a feel of grabbing a coffee with a good friend. It overall was an excellent process.
