I talked with three different groups of people, each of which gave me a roughly hour-long problem to work on. One was a heuristic programming problem, where I needed to interpret pseudocode and summarize what it did. The other two were more conceptual problems about maximizing profits and efficiency. While I feel I did very well in the interview (and their feedback said as much), they elected to go with someone who had more job experience

Given a network of warehouses and distribution centers subject to a certain set of constraints, come up with an algorithm to maximize the items that can be shipped within one day.
The different rounds were: Recruiter screening, hiring manager, panel, case study, and finally site tour. Each round wasn't intimidating at all. They took the time to really share insight and ask thoughtful questions.

It was somewhat lengthy, but allowed you to get to know different members of the team. I had about 4 different conversations with various people across the team. The questions were based around company values and were pretty standard interview questions - asking about experience and prompting me to dive into specific examples.

Multiple interviews with 3 different panels all different focus, each session is a minimum of 30 minutes. One is with HR, another with Operations, and another discussing a case study.
