Contacted by Wayfair for phone interview, very pleasant and enjoyable first interview. Next interview via phone , also very pleasant and enjoyable interview. Third phone interview with senior company employee, unpleasant, could have cared less about my background and experience, not personable, felt like he wanted to check me off his list. Looking back glad I wasn't hired as this individual didn't possess the leadership skills needed to inspire others to follow. If Wayfair hopes to grow this location as is their plan then they should reconsider and find a more dynamic site leader.

First I got a call from the recruiter. She asked me just a few questions about my background and my salary expectations. She then said I was moving to the next round and that was scheduled for 2 days later. It was a google meet interview of 30 minutes. She asked me only 3 questions, I thought it didn't go well and that the manager was not really paying attention to me, but about an hour later I got a call from the recruiter that she would like to send me to the next round and that it would be a panel interview and that it would take about 2 and half hours. I have to say the recruiter was very nice and helpful and she wanted me to do well. She sent a lot of information and some tips for the interview. The panel interview was with 4 people and 1 assesement. They kinda asked me the same queestions. It was behavioral questions. Tell me about a time... They do move really quickly and don't make you wait. The whole process took about 1 week. I just think that 6 interviews are just too much. I did not get the role and the recruiter called me to inform me. I appreciated that she just didn't send an email.
