Ich wurde insgesamt 2x eingeladen. Einmal durfte ich mit dem Abteilungsleiter sprechen und einmal mit insgesamt 4 verschiedenen Personen aus dem betroffenen Bereich. Das Gespräch mit den 4 Personen war nicht besonders angenehm, da jedes ca 45-50min dauerte und die Gespräche alle direkt hintereinander stattfanden. Also 4x erzählen: Hallo ich bin der/die... usw. Das hätte man besser planen können.
Außerdem Fanden die Gespräche in einem winzigen Raum bei knappen 30° statt, aber die Räumlichkeiten sind insgesamt eh nicht so gut belüftet muss man sagen.

Process was well organised. It seamed all very professional until the interview. The woman who interviewed me was not prepared. She had no specific questions, did not know anything about me and did not even have my CV.

They put me up in hotel for the interview.
The interview included In person case interviews, with data and graphs in addition to behavioral
