Colloquio
Phone interview in two parts. The recruiter started by presenting the company quite thoroughly and was open to questions. She then proceeded with some standard "walk me through your CV" questions. At the end, she presented me with a brainteaser.

There are 25 horses. What is the minimum number of races needed so you can identify the fastest 3 horses? You can race up to 5 horses at a time, but you do not have a watch.

Online Assessment consisted of a programming question with 2 business-style questions where you were asked to interpret insights from an excel dataset.
Phone screen with a recruiter which asked about general background and work experience. The recruiter was very pleasant to speak with, and gave a background about the company and tips about relocating to the city should I get the job. Answered a multitude of questions very kindly and provided lots of information about the next step in the process.
Next stage was a video call where I was presented with a case study of a business problem to answer. This interviewer was immediately rude, disinterested, bored, and unresponsive. He arrived late with no interest in my name or background, telling me I could "introduce myself if I wanted" , monotonously and quickly read off the business problem as if he was reading it for the first time himself, and even rolled his eyes at me at one point in the interview. The preparation document said "We’re typically more focused on how you approach the problem vs whether you got the exact answer we were seeking. Be sure to ask clarifying questions and to talk through your approach as you work through the exercise." However the interviewer stared blankly at the screen while I was answering , gave no positive or negative guidance while I was answering, and seemed frustrated when I would ask for clarifying questions. It was clear he didn't want to give this interview and wanted it over as quickly as possible, making the whole process awkward and uncomfortable.
