The interview was very easy. Too easy. Just basic simple support questions like how to troubleshoot issues and deal with escalated tickets. Nothing technical.I was interviewed by 4 people and only 1 was in the company longer than a year. That worried me. Also they do deployments all week into production with no testing. That also seemed concerning. In addition there were so many people interviewing for other positions they plan on hiring 10,000 people. I was like wow that’s a lot of people to hire= another warning sign. Based on my work experience ( everyone seemed out of college) the simple quick interview, the not so great Glassdoor reviews I aimed for a salary of 90K. This is a pay cut of what I normally make. They could not match that. Offer me a salary in the low 70ks. Decided this was too much of a risk for me to take so no job was offered
