I had a phone interview with Wayfair hiring manager and probably the worst conversation I had in my life. The interviewer was so aggressive. Wayfair needs to understand that they are NOT God of employers and also need to realize that the candidate is also judging them in the interview. The entire recruiting world has given an interview at Wayfair.
