Phone screening with easy "Tell me about yourself" questions. Recruiter contacted me initially though LinkedIn and didn't bother giving me a feedback. I wrote an email asking about the status and NOTHING. Bad recruiting practice, no feedback, no contact. Just a big waste of time.
