I was first contacted by a recruiter and chatted on the phone with them for about 30 minutes reviewing what was on my resume and the company in general. After that they set me up for a technical interview with one the team leads using coderpad. For this part I was asked to create a class in a language of my choice and then write some SQL. A couple of days after this they contacted me again saying they wanted to move forward with the interview process and sent me out to the HQ in Boston for a day. I met with four different people for an hour each. The first one was just general interview questions about me and my experience. The second one was on the whiteboard where I had to design a database for a DVD rental store. The third one was also on the white board where I was asked to create a class for an elevator. The last one was on coderpad and I was asked to code the knights tour algorithm in any language of my choice. Everyone was very nice through the whole process.

Got referred through an employee. The position as posted on LinkedIn showed that it was a entry level position. Got call from recruiter to go over role and company and to know more about my background .Recruiter was extremely cold and unfriendly asked questions like how big of a database i have worked on ? Do i know ORM? etc and at the end told that the role was more of a senior level position(5-7 years of experience).I did not get communication after the call and received a generic rejection email on a Sunday morning. Please give candidates a chance to go talk to a technical person before rejecting based on programming language, technologies, number of years of experience etc.,
