Initially applied online through website. Had a brief phone interview, then was asked to come into the office. Met with hr person for a brief period, then was interviewed by two managers of the position. They were very friendly and asked the general interview questions... strengths/weaknesses, why do you want to work here, what do you know about the company, etc. Overall, great experience!
