I had a first round video case interview followed by an in-person case and situational interview at the Boston office. The day after my final interview, I received an offer by phone.

After a series of interview for a position at another department, I was invited to interview for CM because the position I initially interviewed for went to someone internal (my recruiter shared how they opted to go for their own employee but from the US). I accepted to come for another onsite assessment day where I had 4 interviews: 1 case study interview and 3 behavioural interviews. The case study was a disaster, due to a super rude interviewer. She came in, and upon my introduction in English told me in a surprised and condescending tone how she can work in both English and German (she is not German), she then proceeded telling me how there is no need that she introduces herself because she saw I had checked her LinkedIn account (which I did, since I was preparing for my interview), she made a snarky comment about my masters program and then during the case kept rudely interrupting me and kept checking her phone. Needless to say that I was very much confused and unable to actually do my analysis properly.
I did not get an offer (which was the outcome I expected) but truthfully I wouldn't have even excepted it. The feedback that I got was essentially that my behavioural interviews went great and that my case study was the problem and how my analytical skills were not on a level needed for the position. I found this slightly funny, since in the previous round I got the feedback how my analytical skills were excellent and the recruiter even said how analytically I performed the best from all the candidates. Furthermore, the case that I got was exactly the same one I got when I interviewed for the other position, and the feedback was completely contradictory - not only that the process is arbitrary, they clearly have no organisational structure when it comes to assembling a proper interview panel and making a decision.

Based on my experience they always use one case - they show numbers and subcategories featured in the "event" (how they call category that is being promoted, i.e. has discounts). The numbers show KPI's such as number of visits, conversion rate, revenue and average purchase order. Your task would be to explain if there are any trends and if you can explain why that is the case. Then they will show more details about the category, comparing two months and how certain furniture was featured and ask you how would you do the selection for the next month.

First interview was a case study which wasn't bad and then flew to Boston for another case study and a behavioral interview. My second interviewer had no idea what she was doing and it was super frustrated and impacted my interview negatively.
