Applied online and was contacted via email, phone and text to complete an assessment. After that was completed I was contacted again to set up a phone interview the following day. The same day a phone interview was scheduled I was sent a generic email from a no-reply address saying they were moving forward with other candidates..... why set up a phone interview then?? And why wouldn’t the recruiter just reach back out. Very unprofessional!!!!! If this is how they treat people during a recruitment process i can’t imagine what being an employee must be like!!

Generic did not receive much feedback but interviewer was pleasant. It would be helpful if we receive feedback on interviews because it would help to improve for future endeavors. It helps no one when none is given.
