There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was an hour long case study where you had to do math and they asked situational questions. The second round was a 45 min case study and 45 min behavioral question session. Overall, It was easy to connect with their employees and felt very conversational. They asked a lot of questions and definitely made me think, but I was able to showcase myself well.

Recruiter is super engaged throughout the whole candidacy process. Wayfair is very clear on what will be expected at each round of the interview process and how you can prepare.
