Applied online, received a response from Wayfair recruiter one month later. Had 1-hour phone call with Wayfair recruiter, 1-hour phone call with hiring manager, half-day in person visit included conversations with member of the analytics team, finance team, head of analytics, and hiring manager. Conversation flowed well, mostly focused on my experience and also two different case studies involving basic mathematics.
