First round phone screen followed by a zoom interview. Phone screen was about yourself while zoom interview was more technical questions. Math concepts as well as strategy questions on how to better improve operations.

My overall interview experience with Wayfair was unfortunately quite negative and unprofessional. The primary issue was a severe lack of communication and respect from the interviewer.
Disrespectful Demeanor: During the interview itself, the interviewer's demeanor was dismissive and disrespectful, which made for a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.
Non-Responsive to Follow-ups: After the interview, I sent a thank-you message and a subsequent follow-up inquiry, but I received no response to any of my messages.
Unprofessional Interaction: In an attempt to connect professionally, I sent a WeChat request, which was outright refused without any explanation. This felt like a further breach of standard professional courtesy.
Ghosting: Ultimately, the interviewer did not reply to my request for an update on the interview process, resulting in being completely ghosted after the interview stage.

While this is a standard question, the interviewer's tone during this line of questioning felt more dismissive than evaluative, which was unfortunately a defining part of the experience
