I sent my application and got an email two days letter asking for a telephone interview with the HR person. They called 15 minutes late, the conversation was not at all difficult. She just explained the company a bit, asked me why I wanted to work for them. At the end she asked what my expected salary will be and told me she thinks I would fit and that she wanted to organise a second telefon interview with the manager. This interview was a week later with two managers, they too, called 15 minutes too late. They introduced themselfs, so did I and afterwards it was just very basic questions. At the end I could ask questions too and they said they would inform me within a week. Well they didn't. I got an email about 12 days later saying the HR person wanted to give me feedback via telephone interview so we scheduled another one. Of course, this call was late too, but at the end they offered me the position.
