The whole interview process was like in three steps.
First was a HR Screen, Next is a coding question and Finally The Phone Screen.
Final Round is a good experience.
Good Offer So Had Accepted it.

Colloquio
There were 3 rounds of interview
1st round - Phone screen with HR usually about your interests and why Wayfair
2nd round - Online Assignment and you have 24 hours to submit it.
3rd round - Final round phone interview with one of the Software Engineer for about 60 min on live coder pad.
