The process was broadly positive. Everyone I met seemed friendly and competent. The only criticism I have is that there were quite a few stages. The job market is very hot for engineers at the moment, and every other company I interviewed with had either 2 interviews or 2 interviews plus a hackerrank test. But I will say that, while there were a lot of interviews, the turnaround time on their responses was very fast. So I didn’t end up leaving other companies waiting around for too long.

Take home engineering task, with a follow-up technical interview to discuss it.
First off a screening call with the talent team. Then a follow up with the engineering manager for the function I was interested in. After that, there is a take home technical task to complete. When you have done that, there is a final step was 3 interviews back to back, encompassing product, culture and technical. Offer came quickly after that.
I really liked the take home technical task that formed the basis of the technical interview. As probably most engineers do, I was dreading the 'here's a problem now solve it while I stare at you' part of the process and instead gave you the opportunity to showcase work you would actually do and explain your choices.
