I was super excited to interview, in fact, I waited months to finally get past the third-party recruiting stages because of a "Covid/lockdown" delay. It was overall a chill interview questions wise, but overall I was bummed by 2 major things: the interviewer decided to eat his lunch during the 1/2 hour allotted for this interview, FRUIT CUP AND ALL, and secondly, he mentioned he hadn't looked at my resume when I referenced it. I didn't know if the interviewer was trying to be rude or if this was just "his style" or way he conducted interviews but I was appalled by the lunch break he took while conducting a quick interview. I was qualified for the role and hate how it all seemed so "blah" once the video round happened, its like I was never even given a serious chance.
