The hiring process is extremely long to the point of being excessive. There is no compensation for travel expenses and no attempt to use any of the media tools for distance interviews(Facetime, WebCam, WebEx, etc.) I myself traveled over 1000 miles total for two 6 hour interviews. Then they did not even have the professionalism to email, write or communicate that they had chosen another candidate.
