I applied online through Handshake, asked to come in for one round interview a few days later, interview was in person and very casual, and was then was notified of results on the same day

Easy - Zoom meeting. Very welcoming and encouraging. Small staff but explained the expectations well. Asked questions about my goals and hobbies. Interested in my studies and how I could apply them to the work.
