I was excited about the opportunity and went through the 4-interview process. No big deal, however, I did find it just a tad unprofessional. I do recommend that if someone takes time to interview with you and makes it to round 4. The minimum is providing them the courtesy to advise them that you selected another candidate. It was only after a second email that the employer replied. I expected more as their demands were high. It was disappointing.
