I was referred to T3Media by a colleague from Comcast. I was contacted shortly thereafter for a phone interview, and then asked to come in for an in-person interview. I was really excited about the opportunity, especially after the interview. The hiring SVP said in the interview that she would like me to come back on Monday to meet with someone from their sales organization. Her specific words were "look for an email from me regarding Monday's interview". So a week later, after still not hearing from her, I followed up and received a reply that she would get back to me in a week or so. During the 1:1 interview she had asked me to put together a short and longer term marketing plan. So I spent a full day putting together a plan and received a "great job" follow up email. I was very dissapointed that after their seemingly eager interest, and verbal commitment to have me come back to meet w/more people, I never got the decency for the company to follow up that they didn't want to move forward or that they had candidate(s) that better fit the job. My advice is to stay away from this company. If they are going to treat people this way during the interview process, chances are they are going to treat their employees the same way - with little to no respect.
