I was told to come in for an interview, but they did not tell me that it would be a group interview and that we were all basically hired if we came; with or without qualification or experience. Myself and the other interviewees felt that we were under informed about the process.

Manager was very knowledgeable about the position and the details that accompany the position. Very relaxed atmosphere. Questions were associated with the required skills for the position. Feedback and job offer were given in a timely manner, three days. The interview was also aimed at ensuring candidate has the skills and knowledge to work independently in the community.
