Depends on which store you go to be interviewed. Sometimes the people behind the counter appear eager and ready to help customers, but other times it looks as though they're disinterested in the goings-on around them. Basically, I was interviewed by the store manager and then interviewed once more by a DM. It was pretty easy to get into the position. The only thing that sucks is that they don't pay very well, so the first month you're there, you don't get any commission because of the "training period" which basically consists of you fending for yourself while you put other peoples' names on sales they didn't even help with.

The interview was easy. Just a few questions about the wireless industry and your sales qualifications. Just one one on one interview and a background check. No drug test or anything. Good company too.
