Poorly managed interview process. The HR team seems to be very unprofessional and very arrogant. After 7 rounds and wasting my 8-9 hours including one onsite meeting, they realised that they can't match my current package. They want to hire an architect on developer's salary. I wish they would have understood the current situation and set the correct expectation so that we could save many hours on both sides. Very negative experience. I won't recommend this company based on my experience and observation. but if you choose to move forward in the interview process, please to be very open to the benefits before jumping on to the interview process.
