Ridiculous. Had an initial call with a recruiter, took about twenty minutes asking me about the company. But next google hangout with the hiring manager was literally eight minutes in total. I tried to push the conversation longer and they were in a hurry to leave the call. I took the afternoon off of work expecting that it would be a more comprehensive interview.

The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
