I actually did one interview. A second one was prepared although that one didn’t take place, because it took the recruiter literally weeks to set up a new date - at this point I wasn’t interested anymore. For the first interview it took us three times until we could speak because two times the recruiter had to cancel just minutes before or while we were trying to connect.

The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
