From the recruiter I could see this company has a very disorganized recruiting process. They do not respect their candidates and their time. The recruiter missed the time she set for the call several times and did not appear to know anything about the actual interview. When I asked what kind of questions will be asked, she replied with one sentence in the email "you will work through some problems", without mentioning any useful info such as whether they are coding questions or ML related questions. Then she arranged the phone screen supposedly, and no one called. Don't waste your time. Terribly unprofessional and disorganized.
