The interview went super well! The Interviewer asked me a hard level Leetcode question, I solved it. He then asked me a few behavioural questions, I answered all confidently. The interviewer was very friendly, we chatted a little in the end. He sounded impressed! But it has been a month now, the company didn't contact me. In fact, I tried emailing the Engineering Manager (who wanted me to join his team and hence he had emailed me personally), he read my emails but never replied!!

I was contacted by a recruiter from NYC within 2 hours of applying for Software Engineer position. After finding out that I am from Seattle, the recruiter got me in contact with Seattle Wework team who scheduled my Phone Interview quickly. It was a video coding interview with a Staff Engineer from Wework. I was asked 3 part question with increasing hardness in every part. After this, it took a couple of weeks to schedule an in person interview. I spoke with 7 people in total including Director, Senior Engineer, Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, Product Manager, recruiter, and coordinator during in person interview. The whole team is really talented and passionate about their work. They asked me bunch of questions on my background, Design patterns, Data Structure and Algorithms, Problem Solving, System Design, and standard leetcode like (moderate) questions.
