Confuso. Ofereceram um happy hour para que o clima fosse quebrado e talentos fossem descobertos. A questão é que ficou muito nitido que os "indicados" pelos amigos tinham certa vantagem enquanto quem não conhecia ninguém tinha que se esforçar para chamar a atenção de alguma foma. Deu uma impressão de que os escolhidos ja estavam ali e que era dispensável tal evento. Fiz contato com várias pessoas que estavam "órfãs" de indicação e nenhuma recebeu contato.

The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
