It was chaotic, unprofessional, unorganized and should have been a warning about how mismanaged the company is. It was mostly done through Zoom and the interviewers were always working on something else at the same time. They made me do a case study and then used those ideas before I got hired. Luckily I got hired.

This was the most unprofessional behavior I have ever had from a recruiter.
First, I get an appointment for Friday 5pm on zoom. It is 5.10 and still nobody there. I send her an email asking what's going on. She then replies 10 minute later, that her previous meeting is running late and she won't make it and re-schedule for the next Wednesday at 3pm.
Wednesday arrives and 4 hours before our interview she send me an email saying that she already had an appointment at that time, but didn't notice, if we can make it an hour later. I already find this highly unprofessional (how hard is it to look at a calendar) but I agree. 4pm arrives. At 4.25 still no one there. I send her an email. No reply.
Sorry, but this is it for me. My time might not be worth anything to you, but it is to me.

Typical questions, competency based, first phone screen and then in-person with another Community Director.
As we wrapped up that in person interview the interviewer shared that I was by far the most qualified candidate and the best fit from the pool of candidates they had interviewed for the role.
I was told there would be next steps and I was excited and looking forward to it.
Unfortunately, there were no next steps. Instead I received an email wishing me the best and saying they would pass. I asked for feedback and receive none.
I'd avoid, It is possible, and it certainly appeared, that either an individual or organizationally, WeWork was filtering candidates for factors other than relevant experiences and skills that fit for the role.
