Colloquio
Contacted by a nice HR guy, and interviewed in the Tel Aviv office. The facilities were top notch and the panoramic view was stunning - I was very stressed so it was very soothing.
I was interviewed by a team lead and an asdociate - both were very calm and very nice, and the interview itself was pleasant, although it was conducted in a see-through glass cubicle, which was rather uncomfortable.
I was super stressed so some of my answers to technical questions were nonsense, and I got a rejection mail on the next business day.
Overall, it was a positive experience.

Colloquio
Recruiter contacted me for a role in WeWork. In the initial screening call, the recruiter seemed not interest and blindly talking about the company. I couldn't get a clear answer to my questions.
They scheduled a code-pair session with an engineer. The interview was very easy and I solved it within time and the code was working very well. I got a rejection mail 2 days later with no clue for rejection. The interview process seemed vague and didn't make sense. It looked like they were just wasting my time.

Colloquio
There were two interviews in total, the recruiter was very pleasant and organized everything perfectly. the first interview was very laid back and the interviewers were very nice and informative, they seemed like the kind of people you would want to work with.
The second interview was a disappointment. The second interviewer ran late to a 9 am interview and offered zero apology upon arrival. He seemed quite full of himself and the type of person you would certainly wouldn't want to work for.
It seems to me that trying to recruit people below their skill set and experience (that is how he basically described it) says a lot about the company.
I think that it was once a good company to work for but they fell short on their R&D execution plan and they are now just scavenging for working hands for below average salaries.
Truly a company that did not manage to stand behind their vision.
