Colloquio
Step 1: Virtual interview with community manager. Interview lasted about 45 minutes - very casual and conversational. This went very well and I was invited to a 2nd interview with the area director.
Step 2: In person interview with area director. More formal in terms of discussing customer focused questions. After the interview I was told they'd be in contact with next steps. It's been more than 2 weeks with no information on next steps or rejection.

Four rounds of interviews with one in person building visit. One interview, zoom interview, in person visit w/ interview, final interview over zoom. It's a long and arduous process that didn't really sit well with me, but they do like to be thorough about who they're hiring based on first impressions. It's a lot of in person, customer service stuff with face to face interactions so it makes sense. Still, four rounds is kind of crazy.
