The interview process began with a phone screening conducted by the HR team. This was followed by an on-site interview hosted in a semi-public, relaxed area and led by the line manager. The overall atmosphere of the interview was casual and conversational, allowing for a comfortable dialogue between the candidate and the interviewer.
