Applied through an agency. Process moved quickly and I had my interview about a week after applying. Was told by the receptionist that there was no record of my interview, then made to wait 25 minutes as the lady interviewing me was busy. The recruitment agent informed me the HR Manager would also be present at the interview, however I later found out that she had booked the day off! I was shocked at how unprofessional the company acted and I never did hear back with an outcome, which I feel was more to do with the company than the recruitment agent as the latter had acted professionally throughout.
