The interview process was very personal. Both sides were trying to make sure it was the right fit. The interview processes was very conversational and had lots of green lighting. I had three interviews where I met with the President, COO, and the Director of Field Marketing from the home office. We went over the role, what I was expected to accomplish, a break out of my personality traits through a DISC report, and final thoughts on the position.

Originally worked with NLG as an intern and then graduated school and went out into the world. The Managing Partner contacted me one day and mentioned the opportunity. I said I was interested and I had three more interviews after that.
1st Interview- just about the opportunity and what it consisted of and any questions I had about the role.
2nd Interview - met with a marketing professional from the home office along with COO of NLG who were both involved with the hiring process. Met with them at the same time to go over my background and how I aligned with the position.
3rd Interview - Met with managing partner one more time to go over the final details about the position and then was offered the role.
In between the 2nd and 3rd interview, I had to take a personality test that was most likely the most challenging part about the process. It really made you think about certain scenarios and how you would handle that in a management position.
