Receive email from employee. went in a spoke with him, then he said the owner was out of town but they would call to schedule a second interview. Received a call a few days later and then went in and met with employee and the owner. Asked a lot of unrelated questions, not much about my experience. Wanted to know if I had ever created a website, showed him my website, then they said they would be in touch. Got a call to come in the following day to start work.

Received email from person in this position (she was leaving). Went in for an interview and scored a second interview at the end. Went in the following week to meet with the owner. Got called the next day with an offer. Got promised a pay raise after 90 days (never happened) plus got promised inclusion in the bonus program after 90 days (never happened).

I can't remember any 'out there' interview questions - most were pretty standard....(i.e. tell me about yourself, etc.)
