HR contacted me. Hiring manager did a phone screen. Once HR determined I had the required background, my resume was passed to the hiring manager. The hiring manager read through the resumes, called me and conducted a phone screen. Based on my answers, he decided to call me in for an in person interview.

Smooth, treated us very nicely even offered us lunch (for all the candidates for interview pizzas were given) very professional hospitality, also the hr made us comfortable throughout the process.
Video and Audio call abut current and past work experience and some basic questions on oops , sql and c#.Net and some file downloading options. SQL performance improvement questions also asked.
