After I applied online, got a call from a recruiter for phone screening, got invited to an event held in Alice, TX. I was interviewed by one of the Operations Managers and then sent to get my physical and drug screening the same day and got hired. (Had to wait for drug screening results and background check for confirmation of hiring). Attended a 4 day orientation in their San Antonio offices.
