The process is confusing because I am not sure there is a process. The recruiter told me it was 3 steps - 30 mins each. I had 5 steps: 1) HR screen - 30 mins 2) Hiring Manager - 30 mins 3) Hiring Manager 2nd - 1 hr 4) Peer - 1 hr 5) VP cross check - 30 mins I enjoyed the people I met until they showed they are totally classless. The process is very dysfunctional. Sometimes they reached out by email and others by text or phone call. I am not sure there is any internal communication between recruiting and the hiring manager or the team as a whole. They re-posted the job during my process, and then had me go through 2 more steps. They ignored me pretty much the entire time even after they told me multiple times they wanted to hire me. There was never any clarity on the next step and timing. I had to lead the process for them, They even asked me to postpone an offer I had in hand so they could gain a week to get an offer together. Nothing they said ended up being true and I still have not heard from anyone on closing the process, not even an auto rejection letter.
