Started with a non-technical phone screen with the team lead. He wasn't very talkative at first, and asked me to describe a recent project I had been working on that was available on my github. After I described my technical and design decisions in detail, he seemed far more engaged. After that it was a comfortable conversation with both of us asking questions. He asked me about my interest and experience in testing and suggested some different testing tools I could try. The call went well, but in the end, I wasn't interested in the position and let him know that, while thanking him for his time.
