Zuerst videogespräch, es wurde ein paar technische Fragen gestellt wie z.B. wie berechnet man Cycle Time und DL. Was bedeutet eine Durchlaufzeit.
Es wurde auch über Lebenslauf gefragt. Warum Webasto, warum nach München und wie habe ich bisher im Bereich Manufacturing Engineering Erfahrung gesammelt. dann vor Ort persönliches Gespräch. Das Gespräch war auch ganz gut, keine kritische Fragen.
30 min interview with engineering manager and hr rep. Asked about skills that are relevant to the position and what I could add to the team. Took a tour around the plant floor and discussed process improvement ideas and where I saw area that could improve.

Meet in the front lobby and they'll take you to a meeting room, they ask simple behavioral questions and ask about your past projects and work. After that if you are to receive an offer you'll follow the usual drug test and background check
