Recruitment process consisted of three meetings and technical assignment done in the meanwhile.
-> first meeting was standard getting to know each other, mostly HR questions and introduction about myself
-> then I received assignment: task to be done in 24h. From my perspective was quite complex and without one proper solution. That was a field for further conversations
-> second meeting was strictly technical, related to assignment. Very satisfying, since it was not asking about documentation nor definitions, just questions somehow related to topic
-> third (and last) meeting was dedicated for HR matters, informing about decisions and aligning further steps.
From my point of view this interview was fair, and one of best which I had.
