Basic programs(explanation.. means u should trace with some inputs) to test programming knowledge. Face to face interview was around 30 minutes.

Lack of professionalism, infrastructure is questionable, they don't even have dedicated meeting rooms for interview. Full of arrogance in employee. Specially HR don't even bother to greet or even say welcome.

Telephonic discussion with HR followed by personal Interview. I was asked to write a programme in Dot Net. Then the technical interview started with details discussion on both logical & Dot Net related questions. this as about 1 hour followed by a detailed interaction with HR Manager. The entire experience was very cordial & i really like the environment & the people whomever I met. I would have definitely joined if I got an opportunity.
