A phone interview with a recruiter is the first step and this is followed by a lengthy interview with three current workers in the division you are likely to be assigned to. Each of these interviews runs about thirty minutes each and are back to back.

The interview process consisted of a phone conversation with the recruiter and then an zoom interview with a couple of people in management. It went pretty decently, but I could tell pretty early on that they weren't interested in my candidacy.
