First off, I emailed them to ask if there is any position open for application as I am a recent graduate who is keen in working on a full time employment. One of their HR I assume, replied to me and approach me in WhatsApp. However, she misunderstood me as applying for an intern. Hence, I clarified again that I'm actually keen on a full time position instead of an intern. As the applying progress goes on, she again mistaken me on applying for an internship.

Overall, she asked for my portfolio and allow me to get a better understanding on the job scopes of marketing executive and social media management. She also prepared a task for me to complete before arranging for an interview.
The interview process goes by receiving an invitation to have an online interview. During the interview, they will ask you to introduce yourself as well as several questions will as asked along the way. Besides that, they will also ask you to show some of your previous work.
