Colloquio
One phone interview with their HR person, one phone interview with the hiring manager, one on-site meeting with hiring manager and stakeholders. The on-site meeting, unbeknownst to me, was apparently the final interview with people on their marketing team, which was a surprise due to the lack of seriousness of each segment of that process. No serious questions asked, and no real opportunity to ask deeper questions as well as they were running things on a tight schedule. One person who was a part of the meeting process had been there for approx. 8 years, allegedly departing the role, had purple hair and a nose ring. Given that I apparently was not in her bubble, and the "deer in the headlights" look she gave me when I was introduced indicated to me a general lack of alignment on strategy within the team and organization, and that with "bubble hiring" like this, it was not going to be a worthwhile pursuit. Also, the long faces and looks of despair coming from others involved in the meeting process indicated to me that this was an unhappy place to be with some degree of stagnation. Bubble hiring with apparently stagnating companies like this was an immediate bad indicator for me.

I had applied online on LinkedIn and received an email from someone overseas. I then received a phone interview and had arranged for an interview in the next few days. The process was very quick.
